Mini Dal Mill

Jas Enterprises offer mini dal mill. This mill is simple in construction and easy to operate & Maintain. It consist of horizontal tapered roller is covered with emery coating, surrounded by a screen through which the husk is discharged. The shelled pulses passes through an aspirating fan on the oscillating sieve unit, where appropriate grading of pulses is done. It is run on only 2 H.P.. Automatic arrange ment are made for collection of de husked and split pulses, un de husked and split pulses, un de husked pulses, brackens, husk in separate containers and bags. This machine offers dust free operation, does not cause pollution, retains proteins, natural shine etc.  |
Pani Puri Making Machine

Jas Enterprises offers semi-automatic pani-puri making machine.it is provided with a mixer, sheeter and rotary cutting unit and is used for kneading floor. it consists of heavy-duty contacting SS-304/ 316 body with multi purpose arms.Heavy duty gears are provided to take the full load and to avoid damage to the mixer arms. the sheeter consists of heavy duty frame with gauging rollers driven by a motor with gearbox arragement. the hopper is made of stainless steel. the distance between the gauging rollers are adjustable and this depends on the desired thickness of the pani-puri. the rollers are teflon coated by food-grade material. an intermediate conveyor is provided to feed the dough sheet to the cutting plant. the conveyor belt is made of food-grade material. the roaery cutting is fitted on a roller for smooth and accurate cutting of pani-puri as per the desired size.

Pounding Machine

Jas enterprise offers pouding machine (khandap machine). It is ideal for making powder of food grains and ayurvedic medicines according to traditional methods. It is fitted with cam lever arrangements for extra power to hammer. automatic stirrer is provided in the chamber to shift the materials while hammering. It is equipped with specially designed liver to lock/unlock the hammering process. sieving can be done while hammering is locked/stopped. It is provided with fly wheel with pulley for easy smooth operations. some of its features include less noise, dust free operation, no wastage of product& pollutions hazards, low maintenance, etc. grinding is carried out in a cool atmospheric temperature, which guarantee against any thermal degradation of product quality & flavours.

Try Dryer

Jas Enterprises offer try dryers having capacities ranging from 12 to 200 trys and temperature ranging upto 550 Celsius (932 Fahrenheit) . These Trys are availabel in the size of 32" X 16" X 1.25". A Fan impeller with an axil flow design is provided for better uniformity and quick drying. is is equiped with a digetal temperature indicator controller for accurate temperature control. Control action can be on off or PID or as required control accuracy. The material used for construction of dryer can be of Mild Steel/ Aluminum/ SS 304/ SS 316 or FRP-Lined or as per requirements. The company offers these try dryers in flameoroof and sparkproof version. Heating can done through electrical /thermic fluid or steam radiator / oil hfired hot air generator.
